The Scandinavian Heritage Festival attracted around 25,000 people in 2023, which makes it one of, if not the largest Scandinavian Festival in the Intermountain West. There is hardly a better opportunity out there for purveyors of Scandinavian food or wares, and with that many visitors, it offers opportunities for more traditional American goods and food too.
